This is a generous, fruity wine which is the result of a rigorous selection of plots conducted by the viticultural technicians of our wine cooperative. This wine brings together fruity aromas, the subtly of Cabernet Franc (10%) the body of Merlot (50%) and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%).
Food combinations: Meats and cheese. This complete wine is just waiting to join an entrecote Bordelaise cooked on the canes of the vines (sarments).
This wine can be enjoyed from now on or kept. It has discrete aromas of red fruits, is supple in the mouth with mellow, balanced tannin.
Selection of terrain: vines from warm plots to assure the roundness of the wine.
Winemaking: traditional winemaking, with maceration of 20-25 days.
